I hate to wait!

Waiting is so hard for me. I googled quotes about waiting and they all say things like,

"Don't wait! Go get it!"

But that's contrary to what God tells us. He says

"Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD." (Psalm 27:14)

"I wait for you, O LORD; you will answer, O Lord my God." (Psalm 38:15)

"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!" (Isaiah 30:18)

"For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay." (Habakkuk 2:3)

So I wait and breathe and wait and pray and wait. . .

God is God; God is good; God always does what is best for His people.
